✅ Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Pet products must be clean and unused (no fur, wear, or damage)
- Order number is required
Note: Returns are currently accepted for orders delivered within the UK only.
💬 How to Start a Return

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is defective or damaged
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Used pet beds, feeding items, or hygiene-related products
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you an update. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
