✅ Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Pet products must be clean and unused (no fur, wear, or damage)
  • Order number is required

Note: Returns are currently accepted for orders delivered within the UK only.


💬 How to Start a Return

Please email us at support@globorislux.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is defective or damaged

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Used pet beds, feeding items, or hygiene-related products

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you an update. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


🕒 Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank or PayPal account
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. If needed, contact us directly

🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or faulty products only. Reach out to us to arrange a replacement if needed.
